Dear Ms. Lara Logan:

I hope that you are making a steady recovery at home in Washington.
I know that your family is right besides you at every moment.
I trust that you have all the care you need to cope with the hardship.
But, let me say that there are millions of people in this world, like myself, whose thoughts have been with you ever since learning the horrific news.
We all wish you peace.
We all wish your dream get lifted again.
And, we all wish you the strength to let love flow and go on.
Ms. Logan, you have been a worrier at the forefront of war against journalism.
Your cause and your courage, I admire deeply.
You have for so long tried to carry the world upon your shoulders.
You have never played it cool, since you know much better than a fool.
But, for now, please rest, and let the living room fire warm up your soul.
Be assured that we won’t forget what you have already accomplished to make this world better known to us.
In Iraq. In Afghanistan. And, in Egypt.
Be assured that we won’t forget what you have already accomplished as a role model for aspiring female youngsters.
Being a swimsuit model. Being a professional journalist. And, being a mother.
And, be assured that we won’t forget how bravely you will overcome this difficult time in your life.
Ms. Logan, I do not know you, and you do not know me.
But, let me say once again that there are millions of people in this world whose thoughts have been with you for all this time.
We all wish you peace.
We all wish your dream get lifted again.
And, we all wish you the strength to let love flow and go on.
